Dark Door
The Dark Door, also called the Gate of the Dead Men and the Gate of the Dead, was the entrance to the Paths of the Dead beneath the White Mountains. Through this entrance in Third Age 2570 Baldor son of Brego passed never to return. On 8 March Third Age 3019 through the door Aragorn and his companions passed during the War of the Ring to stir the Dead Men of Dunharrow.

The Dark Door is accessed by player shortly after the passing of the Grey Company, leading them from Rohan into Gondor. Approaching the Door gives the player a large amount of dread.
