House of the Mírdain
The House of the Mírdain was the guildhouse and chief dwelling of Celebrimbor and the jewelsmiths of Eregion - the Gwaith-i-Mírdain. It contained the smithies and the treasures of the Mírdain. It was destroyed by the forces of Sauron in Second Age 1697 when he invaded Eriador.
Portrayal in adaptations
2022: The Lord of the Rings Online:
The House of the Mírdain stood at the center of Caras Gelebren. Its fall is depicted in a flashback, where the players play the parts of the defenders.
