Gimilzagar

Gimilzagar was the second son of Tar-Calmacil. He was an ancestor of Inzilbêth, the mother of Tar-Palantir.

Etymology

Gimilzagar is an Adûnaic name. Its meaning is not glossed, but Paul Strack suggests it likely means "Sword of Stars", being a compound of gimil ("stars") + zagar ("sword").
