Cape Balar

Cape Balar was the small cape that lay to the south-west of Arvernien, and marked the northern limit of the Bay of Balar.

On The Second 'Silmarillion' Map, a later addition by Tolkien shows the place name "Ship-havens" on the small bay formed to the east of Cape Balar.
