Cirith Gorgor (band)

Cirith Gorgor is a Dutch Black Metal band.

In interviews, band member Marchosias clarified that the name is a relic of the band's earliest days, since their debut album and demo referred to Tolkien's works in some lyrics. Since then, the band has had no links to the legendarium, even expressing annoyance at continued questions about it.
