Postmaster
The Postmaster of the Shire was the head of the Messenger Service. The office was attached to the Mayoralty of Michel Delving.

The Position is occupied by "Postmaster Proudfoot", who is found in Michel Delving appropriately right next to Mayor Will Whitfoot and is involved in multiple quests involving the services of the Quick Post.
