Town Hole
Town Hole was a building in Michel Delving where the mayor resided.
Some time between Third Age 3013 and Third Age 3018 the building collapsed. Mayor Will Whitfoot emerged safe and sound from the ruins covered in white dust, and thus earned the affectionate nickname "Flourdumpling".
Etymology
The name must be a pun on Town Hall, and also suggests that it was a Hobbit-hole.

The Town Hole is an the center of Michel Delving, next to the Quick Post office. It has been rebuilt since the recent incident, of Mayor Whitfoot still gets frequently reminded of.
