The Water-valley was a gentle valley in the Shire.
History
The Water-valley was the valley of the Water. The East Road was constructed in the wide valley, and the towns of Hobbiton, Bywater, Frogmorton and Whitfurrows were located in it. Bilbo Baggins took Frodo for many a long walk through the valley.
