The Fictitious Characters of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien is the title of a study of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. The work includes the first appearance in print (pp. 125–6) of an autobiographical letter by Tolkien from 1958, later published as Letter 213 in The Letters of J.R.R. Tolkien.
