Fredegar Chubb

Fredegar Chubb is a Hobbit of the Shire who appears in the Extended Edition of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Bilbo Baggins visited the market outside of the Green Dragon Inn shortly after Gandalf's visit and bought a fish from Fredegar while there. He was portrayed by Eric Vespe.
