Hugo Bracegirdle
Hugo Bracegirdle was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Hugo was the eldest child of Bruno Bracegirdle, born in . In his lifetime, he was notorious for borrowing books from Bilbo Baggins, though he rarely returned them. In he was a guest at Bilbo's Farewell Party, after which Bilbo left Hugo an empty bookcase in which he could store all those books.
Inspiration
J.R.R. Tolkien likened himself to Hugo Bracegirdle.

Hugo lives at Number Eight, Bagshot Row, a large house overlooking Sandyman's mill.
