Otto Boffin

Otto Boffin, colloquially known as Otto the Fat, was a Hobbit of the Shire.

History

Otto was the only child of Bosco Boffin. He married Lavender Grubb and had four children: Hugo, Uffo, Rollo, and Primrose.
