Asmodee
Asmodee (officially Asmodee Group AB) is a French/Swedish tabletop publishing company. Originally founded in 1995 in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, they have since grown massively, having aquired multiple high-visibility names in tabletop gaming since, including Fantasy Flight Games, Z-Man Games, Catan Studio, and many more.
They themselves were bought by Eurazeo in 2014, sold to PAI Partners in 2018 and acquired by the Embracer Group in 2022. They were spun out into their own independent company again in 2025, officially incorporated in Sweden. Later that year they were made the exclusive category manager for all Middle-earth Enterprises licensed tabletop games.
