Nen (river in Valinor)
Nen was the name of a great river of Valinor, according to the early version of the legendarium associated with The Book of Lost Tales. Nothing else is known about it, nor is there an equivalent river in the later legendarium.
Etymology
The name Nen is in Qenya. It means "river, water".
In the Qenya Lexicon appears the root NENE ("flow?"), from which the word nen is derived from.
