Orlin

Orlin was a Man of Hisilómë according to the early version of the legendarium in The Book of Lost Tales.

He was akin to Turambar himself through Mavwin. When Turambar came to Brodda's hall and murdered the lord in vengeance, Orlin was one of the few men present there who tried to seize Turambar, being the only one killed. When Airin appeared and the people waited for her judgement, she explained Turambar had indeed commited a grave crime killing someone akin to his mother and in a hall of feast, but that, as it was in his defence, he would only be condemned to exile.
