Scorba

In Middle-earth Role Playing and the Collectible Card Game, Scorba the Rubine was a younger brother of Smaug.

Fiercely jealous of his more powerful brother, he sought to establish his own lair in imitation Smaug's Erebor. Zarak Dûm proved to be ideal: it was a Dwarven colony bordering Angmar, that had succumbed to a plague after the Dwarves had delved into an alchemy chamber of the Witch-king in the Under-deeps.

Scorba hunted in Angmar, often feasting on orcs and trolls, though he avoided the ruins Carn Dûm out of fear. His presence was tolerated by the Witch-king, since he effectively guarded the border of his realm.

By the early Fourth Age, Scorba had perished and his lair was inhabited by goblins.
