Daniel Horne
Artist for Middle-earth Role Playing, Collectible Card Game and Toys
Daniel Horne (born 3 June 1960) is an American artist. Starting in 1986, he began freelancing as an illustrator for roleplaying games, often illustrating for Dungeons and Dragons and Dragon Magazine. He was commissioned by Iron Crown Enterprises to create illustrations for Middle-earth Role Playing and to make card art for the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game.
In the late 1990s, his interests shifted to doll-making. After an 28 inch Gandalf doll he made was nominated for a Chesley Award in 1997, he became a designer for Middle-earth Toys.
