Alex Lewis
Fifth chairman of the Tolkien Society
Alex Lewis, born and raised in Oxford, England, joined The Tolkien Society in 1976 and was the fifth chairman of the society during 1988-1992. He was also the editor for the magazine Nigglings.
He is also a composer known for his song cycles inspired by Tolkien’s First Age tales, The Fall of Gondolin and The Flight of the Noldor.
