Godfrey Kenton

Godfrey William Kenton (April 13, 1902 - April 27, 1998) was a stage actor, making only rare appearances on big and small screen. He also made three two-year periods with the BBC Drama Repertory Company, the first being in World War II. During the second, in 1955 and 1956, he was cast as Aragorn in Terence Tiller's adaptation of The Lord of the Rings. In the second half, of 1956, he also provided the voice of Mablung.
