Julaire Andelin

Julaire "Julie" Andelin is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the current co-chair of Mountain-Con, an annual science fiction and fantasy fandom celebration in Utah. She contributed some entries to the J.R.R. Tolkien Encyclopedia: Scholarship and Critical Assessment.
