Martyn Sanderson

Martyn Sanderson (1938-2009) was a New Zealand actor who portrayed the Gate Keeper stationed at the west-gate of Bree in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.

In June 2007, he and fourteen other actors filed a lawsuit against New Line Cinema over merchandising royalties. The action was settled out of court in October 2008.
