Methed-en-glad

History

The stronghold of Methed-en-glad was one of the many guarded camps and fortresses that were established around the Echad i Sedryn during the brief existence of Dor-Cúarthol, the realm ruled by the Two Captains. It was said that from Methed-en-glad, there was a view to the south where the summit of Amon Rûdh could be seen and commands and messages could be received to and from both locations through signals.

Etymology
