Dan Frazier
Artist for Middle-earth Collectible Card Game
Daniel Frazier (born 28 September 1945) is an American artist. After illustrating his first cover for Dragon Magazine in 1991, he became a full-time illustrator. Some earlier work for Wizards of the Coast led him to become a prominent artist for Magic: The Gathering. In the 1990s, he was commissioned by Iron Crown Enterprises to create card art for the Middle-earth Collectible Card Game.
In May 2026, an illustration of the One Ring created by Frazier for Magic: The Gathering - The Hobbit was found to have been plagiarized from an earlier illustration by Marta Nael, which was later confirmed by both the artist and Wizards of the Coast.
